Jen is a USA Triathlon Level 3 coach, one of only 43 in the country to hold the sport's highest certification. She has coached endurance athletes full time since 1999, and she still lines up to race herself.
Jennifer holds a USA Triathlon Level III certification, the highest coaching credential earned, and is one of only 43 coaches in the United States to achieve this distinction. She has been coaching endurance athletes full-time since 1999, dedicating her career to helping athletes reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
She coaches athletes across every level and every endurance discipline — from first-time racers learning the sport, to masters athletes pursuing lifelong goals, to competitors preparing for World Championship start lines. Triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, and ultra-distance events are all part of her coaching experience.
With more than 225 triathlons of her own, Jennifer continues to train and race because she believes great coaching comes from understanding the athlete experience firsthand. The nerves before the start, the challenges of training, the unpredictable weather, and the emotions of crossing the finish line — she lives those moments alongside her athletes.
Before creating a single workout, Jennifer takes the time to understand who you are, what your life demands, and what success looks like for you. The training plan comes from there — personalized, purposeful, and built around your goals.
