JHC athletes are part of a community of endurance athletes working toward goals, sharing experiences, and supporting each other from training days to race day.

When you join JHC Coaching, you become part of a team. Training camps, group rides, group swims, and race-day support provide opportunities to connect with other athletes, share experiences, and stay engaged throughout the season.
The training plan is designed to help you reach your goals, but the community adds another layer of accountability, consistency, and support. Many athletes stay with JHC for years because they value both the coaching and the connections built along the way.
Weekends built around real training, shared meals, and time on course with the people you race alongside.
Standing sessions that turn a solo workout into a shared one, with pace groups for every level.
Teammates on the course who know your name, your goal, and exactly where you need a lift.
Wear the colors and you are easy to spot from the swim exit to the finish chute.
A place to ask questions, swap wins, and stay connected between sessions and seasons.
Socials, clinics, and get-togethers that keep the team close well beyond race weekends.

Team JHC training camps are the big days of the season: focused blocks of swimming, riding, and running with Jen's coaching eyes on you the whole time. You leave fitter than you arrived and closer to the people you trained beside.
Camps are open to JHC athletes of every speed. Nobody gets dropped, and nobody eats dinner alone.
Put on the JHC kit and you are part of something. Team JHC athletes are spread across the country and around the world. Some meet up for Saturday rides, plenty have never stood in the same room, and they still trade advice, celebrate each other's breakthroughs, and show up when the training gets hard.
Wherever you live, whatever your time zone, and whatever your week looks like, there is a place for you here. Many athletes have worn the kit for a decade or more. That is not an accident.

On race morning you will find JHC kits on the course and JHC voices on the sidelines. Teammates know your name, your goal, and exactly where on the course you will need a lift.
And when the medal is around your neck, the team is at the finish line taking the photos.
Weekend group rides are where the miles go down easier. Long rides with teammates turn training into something you look forward to, with regroups so every speed has a place.
Bring your bike and your stories. The route is planned, the company is guaranteed.
