Ironman coaching

140.6 plans

Every plan is built to your race, not pulled off a shelf.

25+ years

Coaching Ironman athletes full time since 1999.

Coaching built for the full distance.

An Ironman is a long day, and the training that gets you there has to fit the rest of your life. Jen starts by learning where you are now, what your week actually looks like, and what you want out of race day. Then she builds a plan around all of it.

You get structure across the swim, bike, and run, a fueling and pacing plan you have practiced long before race morning, and a coach who adjusts when work, travel, or a rough week gets in the way. That mix of feel and science is why athletes stay with her for years.
